Since the inception of my firm it has been my practice to constantly keep my clients informed about their cases. In that regard I provide my clients with a copy of everything that transpires in their case. I have found that this not only keeps the client informed so that they do not feel compelled to place those, "What's going on in my case?" calls, but it also provides them with a physical copy of their case. In addition I try to return client calls, circumstances permiting, within 24 hours of receiving them.
